Reputation audit

Sentinel provides white label online reputation management for agencies whose clients want to know what Google and AI assistants say about them. We run the audit, the coverage and the review strategy behind your brand, and you keep the client relationship.
Agencies get asked about reputation all the time. A client spots an old complaint on page one, a harsh review thread, or an AI assistant describing them with facts from three years ago. Turning the work down sends that client to whoever says yes, and the people who say yes are often selling suppression tricks or fake reviews.
We only do work you’d be happy to defend in front of your client. That means credible coverage, accurate profiles, real reviews from real customers and calm, well-written responses. If a problem can’t be fixed that way, we’ll tell you before you quote it, so you never sell something that can’t be delivered.
Each one is the same service we sell to our own clients, with our name taken off every document.
Most agencies start with an audit for one client, then add monthly reputation work once they’ve seen the report. Pick the pieces your clients ask about. You don’t need to resell all six, and you can add services later without changing the agreement.

Five stages, with you in control of the client conversation at every one.
Reputation problems rarely fix themselves in a week, so we set expectations early. The first month is usually audit and groundwork. Coverage and profile work build from there, and the monthly report shows what has moved and what hasn’t.
White label online reputation management is reputation work done by one agency and sold by another under its own brand. Your client sees your agency’s name on every audit, plan and report, and deals only with you.
Only if you tell them. Documents and reports are unbranded, and we join client calls only when you ask, as part of your team. A no-poaching clause is written into every partner agreement. Paid placements are still marked as paid in every report, so the client never finds a surprise.
We can’t remove lawful journalism or honest reviews, and we won’t pretend otherwise. We can build credible coverage and profiles that give searchers a fuller picture, flag reviews that break a platform’s own rules, and suggest the client speaks to a lawyer where content looks false.
Our retail reputation programmes start from $3,500 a month, and agency partners pay 30% below retail on every package. You set your own resale price, and most agencies add a fee for their own account management and strategy time. The full list is on our pricing page.
Businesses and professionals whose name drives the work: law firms, medical practices, restaurants, founders and executives. Regulated sectors have their own rules on reviews and testimonials, so we keep claims general and follow the client’s compliance guidance.
